Hoy os traigo esta receta casera de brownie sin horno crudo, muy fácil y rápido de hacer. ¡Está realmente delicioso!.
Ingredientes para la base:
1/2 taza de almendras crudas peladas
1/2 taza de nueces
3/4 de taza de dátiles deshuesados a trocitos
1/4 de taza de cacao crudo en polvo
unas gotas de esencia de vainilla
Ingredientes para el topping:
1/2 taza de mantequilla de coco
1/2 taza de miel de agave
2 cucharadas de cacao crudo en polvo
coco rallado
Para la base trituramos en un un robot de cocina las almendras, las nueces, los dátiles, el cacao y la esencia de vainilla. La mezcla tiene que estar junta para extenderla en un molde.
Para el topping mezclamos en el robot de cocina la mantequilla de coco, la miel de agave y el cacao puro en polvo. Finalmente vertemos la mezcla sobre la base y decoramos con coco rallado. ¡A disfrutar!
