El licor de Romero es un optimo eupéptico pues ayuda en la digestión. Además posee propiedades tónicas, estimulantes y diuréticas. Prueba este remedio para una cura desintoxicante tomándolo durante 7 días 2 veces al año: en primavera y otoño.
Ingredientes
70 ml de alcohol de boca entre 40º y 96º (cuanto más alta la graduación mejor)
20 gr. de hojas de Romero
10 gr. de piel de limón (solo la parte amarilla)
1 l. de vino blanco
Macerar en una tarro, con 70 ml de alcohol, Romero y limón, agitando una vez al día durante 6 días. A continuación, filtra, añade un litro de vino blanco y déjalo reposar durante otros 2 días. Toma el licor fresco, en la dosis de medio vasito después de la comida y cena.
