❖ Infusión: mezclar partes iguales de Tomillo, Agrimonia, Salvia, Llantén y Malva. Utilizar una cucharadita por taza, dejando en infusión 8 minutos, 3 veces al día.
❖ Macerado: en un tarro mezclar 20 gr. de flores de Sauco, 15 gr. de Hierba Luisa, 10 gr. de Altea, 10 gr. de malva. Macerar 3 cucharas de esta mezcla en un litro de agua a temperatura ambiente durante 12 horas. Beber 3 tazas al día con miel.
❖ Tintura de Propóleo con Regaliz: preparar una infusión de Regaliz y dejarla enfriar. Añadir 20-30 gotas de Propóleo. Hacer gárgaras e ingerir después.
❖ Jugo: exprimir un limón, añadir 1 cucharadita de miel de Azahar y una pizca de jengibre molido fresco. Beber a sorbitos practicando antes gárgaras y después ingerir.
❖Gárgaras: decocción de Salvia para calmar faringitis y amigdalitis.
